Career: finance/accounting, law
Personal: Greco-Roman history, WWII history and the Nuremberg war crimes trials. I enjoy Michener-like novels (including Michener), and non-fiction items from Stephen King, Scott Adams, etc. And of course anything by Dave Barry. I also enjoy swimming, running and weight-lifting, I like cooking, camping and hiking, and of course I love teh wimminz.

Botany/plants in general, computers, electronics, mechanics.. and those are all pretty big subsets.. heh.

Personal: Philosophy, Pre-Meiji Japanese and Celtic/Irish/Scottish history, Martial Arts, Pre-firearm weapons, and cooking.

Dude, I think you are the first person who I have ever encountered who got into Michener. I lost track of how many of his books I have read, although I am sure he has written a few since I lost my eyesight and could not read any more.

Mine are all over the map: Computer programming, Sci-Fi (movies and reading), Anime, manga, hiking, fishing, camping, ecology, biology, history, weightlifting, Classic Rock music (I'd love to be able to play the guitar), nature photography - amateur only; my Canon A80 goes with me whenever I go fishing, camping, hiking, etc.

My advisor gave me some pointers on my first resume 2 months ago. The dialogue I remember:

Advisor: What is this?
Atomicus: My resume? Remeber you said you'd look it over?
Advisor: I know, I'm just surprised that this... IS IT.
Atomicus: Hmmm.... well what else should I include?
Advisor: Well, most people include INFORMATION. he chuckles
Atomicus: Whats so funny? You're my advisor, help me!
Advisor: Ok ok. See this gap? Add your interests.
Atomicus: OKAY. How? List them with commas?
Advisor: Sure. But it'll probably just read "Likes to stay unemployed, not taking things seriously"
Atomicus: Yea? You know me too well...

I also like gaming, tennis, ping-pong, biking, hiking, and shooting squirrels with my 10mm Deagle BB gun
