What are your Feats of Strength for this year?

I think the best part of medical school is that no matter how nerdy your conversation is, there will always be people who know what you are talking about.

We were doing a secret Santa and a dinner/party for a bunch of us right before finals and somehow the planning conversation turned to Seinfeld.

We are now having a huge Festivus Celebration.

I was wondering if anyone has any good suggests for feats of strength or any other good ideas. I am sure there is someone here who went to a good Festivus celebration.

We have our aluminum pole, I wrote out my grievences, and the guy who is having the party is our big Marine buddy, so the party is sure to never end (honestly we don't know how we are going to pin him).

Share your festivus stories and ideas.

It is Prolific!

never celebrated, but once i had some festivus ice cream that tasted like gingerbread cookies... tasty

If you have to take down a Marine to end Festivus, enjoy getting really smashed over the many hours it will take.

That's a fairly generic comment. I know 2 marines personally. A friend of a friend, and a cousin of my wife. I could pin either of them on the floor without to much trouble.

Not dissing Marines at all, but not a big fan of stereotypes.

I agree with you that not all Marines are big jacked guys; however, this one happens to be just that... and he has combat training... It should be an interesting night.

I will be forced to bend my elbow several times until the glass I am holding has surrendered all of it's liquid treasure.

may your aluminum pole be forged, not cast, to annihilate as many dislocations as possible before it can no longer strain harden enough. yeah, nerd x10 right there 😛

The best kind of feat there is.

People celebrate this made up holiday because of Seinfeld?? I mean I love Seinfeld as much as the next person but hey, I guess it's just another excuse to get drunk and there's nothing wrong with that.
