My favorite is KOTOR I. Loved the music and sense of urgency to escape the ship.
Actually, the music (and the rest of the game) was great all the way through KOTOR I.

Too bad they never finished up the franchise and went the MMO route instead.

Thats what I was thinking. KOTOR actually managed to tell a decent story where Phantom Menace failed.
KOTOR 2 had a less stellar intro. And ending. And everything in between.

Mine would be this.

Typical Square nonsense - really it makes no sense - I just like it because it's one of my all-time favorite games.

Of course, here's a sub-intro (that kicks in when you leave the game on) that makes far more sense.

Not sure if the "Prologue" act in the Witcher 2 can be considered an intro, but it was cool as hell.

Mechwarrior 2 opening was pretty bad ass at the time.

So is the opening for the new MW game that is mired in legal matters.
