It doesn't say though. Mustard does. Ketchup doesn't.

my bad... maybe some ketchups recommend and some don't?
Tostitos Salsa recommends fridge, but cold salsa really sucks.

Preferably grilled.

Mushrooms are a fungus, not a vegetable. Not a whole lot unlike mold..

As for myself, I like corn (on or off the cob, but absolutely NOT creamed), carrots, green beans, and onions, if those count.

this is true... but they are considered veggies... you don't go to the produce section and ask for fungus :p

Various salad variations with green leafed veggies, carrots, cubed meat/cheese, and a tasty wine or vinegar dressing work well. Variety and that tasted great. Add in tomatoes sometimes and boiled eggs.

Eggplant, baked, then pureed makes for a great side dish with potatoes or you can use it as a base with onions when preparing meat dishes.

Watercress/parsley, green onions and clams can make for a good creamed soup. Kinda like a chowder but tastier.

Squash, baked, with honey and a little butter is a great sweet dish.

What else do I like. Veggie medleys. Like salads but cooked. Cauliflower, carrots, ginger root, broccoli, string beans and a few whole brussels sprouts, sauteed with a little celery. But, to add flavor, take bread crumbs and parmesean and top with those along with a tomato sauce.

Another variation is to brown celery/onions, then add in sliced mushrooms, puree that, combine with sour creamto make a cream base and use as a meat topping. Similar to the eggplant idea.

Stir frys are easy, and even taste well without a good wok.

There's gumbo so you can make it and use okra and more varied veggies. Pilafs, thick stews (like a lamb stew with rosemary, baby corn, baby carrots, sweet peas, and string beans. that can be some 55 % veggie content, not counting potatoes)

How can one have favorite veggies? Some go better with particular foods, and they all taste differently. mmm veggies.

Cheers ! :)

I like raw carrots and celery with ranch dressing. :)

I also like steamed broccoli with cheese on top.

<-----not a cook, but the wife's been away for a week :(

I baked some brocolli last nite by coating it with some olive oil mixed with ginger, minced garlic, salt, and crushed red pepper. Cooked it at 425F until it started to brown.

It was very good with the pilaf and rosemary garlic chicken I made.

Onions, eggplant, zucchini, corn, and many others I can't think of right now. Not in that order either.
