What are your favorite recipes using triple sec?

I was thinking about it, and triple sec is sort of a forgotten little garnish liquor. With less alchohol content than some wine, it's easy to overlook. But there's some great recipes out there when combined with gin, and I imagine some others.

So what's your favorite?
