I read Wonkette and Talking Points Memo on a regular basis.

Wonkette isn't that great for info or analysis, but she's funny as hell 🙂
 
Talking points memo is decent. I'm a little down on the blogs right now.

I was disappointed by some of the blogs behavior around election time. There is a fine line between being positive to get out the vote and dishonestly acting like your guy will win no matter what. You really have to remember to take these guys with a grain of salt. There's something to be said about having credentials besides just running your own blog. There fun to read but I think there's just not enough supervision put in like there is with the traditional media. On the one hand this is liberating and on the other hand it's sloppy and dangerous. The recent election brought home the latter element 😛 but it's nice to have someone not be afraid of talking about voting machines...
 
I agree.

I don't recomend blogs as a primary news source perse, but it's a nice contrast from the established news sources. plus, blogs have become the primary critics of the established media 🙂
