Mine seem to idle at 40C w/o Cool'n Quite on.
With Cool'n Quite they are 30C.
I have an Antec Sonata case which has a powersupply with only one fan. For a little while had a different powersupply with a fan that sucked air up from the case right above the processor. I think I noticed that the temps were down to around 30C w/o Cool'n Quite enabled. Put the original power supply back in and they seemed stable at 30 for a day or so, and then went back up to 40 pretty quickly. Could that much of a difference be made by the powersupply's extra fan?
What are your temps with Cool'n Quite on and off?
BTW, I'm running a stock heatsink.
Kind of bummed because all the review sites post the stock temp at around 32 or so, so I'm not sure what is making mine so high, unless they all have Cool'n Quite enabled and aren't reporting it.
Thanks,
Nate
