What are your all-time favorite scenes from movies?

Inspired by the favorite movie score and Inglorious Basterds thread..

As mentioned in basterds thread, I really like the basement tavern scene because of the tension and the philosophical argument that developed in between.

Another favorite is Christopher Walken's gold watch monologue in Pulp Fiction. That scene's demented ending was classic.

EDIT: NOW WITH VIDEO!

hello. my name is inigo montoya. you killed my father. prepare to die.

edit: Also this scene.

Pulp Fiction had a ton of great scenes... my fav was the beginning where Jules & Vincent were paying those bunch of kids a visit. "Say what again motherfucker, I dare you!" :awe:

edit: Ahh almost forgot the barrack scene from Full Metal Jacket.

"Oh Michael, you're so naive. It was an ABORTION! I wouldn't bring another one of your evil children into this world, so I had it KILLED! It was a son, Michael1 It was your son, and I had it KILLED!"

awesome.

opening scene from saving private ryan
bank robbery scene in heat
lobby scene in the matrix
the battle scene in the colloseum where russell crowe takes command of all the guys in gladiator
braveheart where william wallace is getting tortured and yells freedom
when they reveal how andy escaped in shawshank redemption
that like 1 minute long clip in 300 where it goes in slow motion and is the side view of the main guy just kicking major ass.
arnold mowing down the cops with the chain gun in t2 but not killing anyone.

godfather 1 and 2 had tons of great scenes!

movie director opening his sheets to find his prize horse's head.
michael becoming godfather to connie's baby while he systematically kills off all the heads of the 5 families.
the last scene in godfather 2 when he's eating dinner and he's annoucing that he's joining the army, spurning the family business. ironically it had all the players that he would have whacked eventually. (fredo, tessio, connie's husband)
