What are you waiting for? athlon64 939 or 940?

Im getting very impatient as im desperate for a computer and im getting ready to bite. Those 940s look mean especially with those nuts clock speeds. What are you guys doing? Waiting for the 939 or buying now?
 
If you get a 940 you're locked into Opteron as an upgrade path unless you upgrade your motherboard with the CPU (which is generally a smart idea).
