What are you up to tomorrow?

It's sunday. It's probably nice weather. What are your plans? Anything fun? I'm going to go climbing here. Not sure what to do after, perhaps a bike ride? I should be more productive than that and clean my car, do some laundry and look for work....

Study a bit for an economics exam on Monday, study for the GRE if I can get off my ass to do so, continue my typical foruming routine...

Moved all my stuff to my new apartment today so tomorrow I need to start unpacking and setting up everything. Though I imagine it will take until sometime next week to get that done.

Definitely catch up on sleep tomorrow morning. That's pretty much it.

I am still recovering from a Friday surgery, so I will continue to take it easy.

I will have to shuttle one of my kids to and from a birthday party in the afternoon.

That's about it.

(I better feel better on Monday because I have to be in court at 8:30 a.m.!)

I am in a stage of my life where I am starting a business. At this point, I am working to develop the foundation of this business and this includes securing patents for product ideas while developing them. I have worked nearly every day since Christmas and plan to work tomorrow. This last week, I have written the claim for another patent application on a product idea and tomorrow will research prior art again to write the background for the specification of the application.

Of course, this work will be after eating an enjoyable breakfast of scrambled eggs with bacon and a salad with leafy green romaine lettuce, red tomatoes, onions, with a little vinegar.

Interesting breakfast choice. The eggs and bacon seem pretty normal, but the salad is kinda out of left field. What's it doing there?

The leafy green lettuce provides iron for the red blood cells for energy. Onion is great with eggs whether cooked in or eaten with a salad. The tomatoes provide vitamins as does the rest of the salad. The salad mixed with vinegar eaten together helps to break down the grease, butter, and general heaviness of the eggs and bacon.

This combination provides energy after eating such a heavy breakfast instead of the sluggishness associated with digesting a heavy meal. Try it. The salad does not seem right in the beginning but the body starts looking forward to it real quick.

It is important to note that vinegar is added (possibly with a little lemon) instead of typical heavy salad dressing. Also, it is not really a salad as is commonly known here. It is green, leafy lettuce leaves (not iceberg lettuce) with sliced tomatoes, onion, and vinegar. That is it. Simple and easy to put together and delicious to eat.

I didn't think it possible...

but.. you made breakfast .. boring.

beachcombing, cleaning up our travel trailer for next weekend, coffee with our neighbors here at the beach property.
Cut some brush and build some decking before heading home.

Well, now that today's here, this is how it went...

I made breakfast, and then picked berries with my daughter. Later we walked to WalMart, and in addition to the cheese and yoghurt, I got some seasoned French bread, flat bread, seltzer water, strawberries, and tampons :^D

I just finished dinner, which was smoked sardines on crackers, smoked mussels, sliced roma tomatoes with onion, olive oil, wine vinegar, spices, and mozzerella cheese on top. For dessert I had Greek yoghurt with strawberries, raspberries, and a few blueberries and blackberries, and I'm now drinking cold leftover coffee from this morning with a nice pris of Röda Lacket.

Good day all in all :^)
