I'm saving for retirement (401k and Roth IRA), my kids (529 plan), and a plot of land in Oregon ($25k in cash for a downpayment).
I have no intention of settling in Oregon right away, but I want to buy the land at today's prices and start paying down the mortgage. The plot I have in mind I can pay down in 10 years, easy.
An engine rebuild for my classic jeep and money for a new TV. I've got my 6 months living expenses on hand now for my emergency savings so now (just got to that point about a month ago) so now I feel comfortable putting money towards fun stuff.
Trying to save up for a high end computer build, but I can't really justify it since I don't really game anymore. I just like building computers, it makes my day. Then I start seeing my tuition fees and now im rethinking it again.
