I'm on the 2nd book of the Dark Tower series.

I'm glad to know my roommate decided to take it upon himself to borrow it over Christmas break without telling me, considering A) I'm in the middle of it and B) I'm borrowing the book from my mom. His head is getting cracked when he comes back.

:thumbsup: Great series.

I'm in the middle of The Bourne Supremacy by Robert Ludlum.

yeah I just read them all over the last couple months. I was so sad when it was over 🙁

now I'm reading some of the Dark Tower tie-in books. I'm on Insomnia, which sucks.

The Shadow of the Torturer (the first book of the Book of the New Sun series) by Gene Wolfe. A very unusual but great book. Wolfe's style and the world he's created is fascinating.

After that, I'm going to read The War of the Flowers by Tad Williams.

Then, maybe I'll get around to finishing yet another re-read of The Journeyer by Gary Jennings. Excellent historical fiction about the travels of Marco Polo.

::sigh::

Having a baby in the house not to mention a full-time job has definitely cut into my reading time, but I try to make time for it in the evenings and on the weekends.

Alaska by Michener

Good story, albeit somewhat trite in places and Michener is not a scientist (e.g. gold is not created in the center of the earth). I read Michener's book after reading McPhee's nonfiction account of Alaska, Coming into the Country.

Currently reading a biography on Einstein by Albrecht Folsing and in between, snippits of The Story of Philosophy.
