Where do I find that expansion?
Its download only, and I forgot where I found it. You should only pay between 15 and 20 dollars for it. And only if you LOVE TDU and need more cars. Only a handful of the additions are any damn good.

The Koenigsegg CCR is a little better than the base model, and might possibly be your favorite Class A if you prefer Koenigseggs and Saleens over Ferarris and Lamorghinis.
Audi S6 is probably the best of the class E's, and you will be grateful to have it in the early game when you are grinding to make cash with class F's and E's.
Lamborghini Countach migh possibly be the best of the D's, even better than the Lotus Esprit, and it looks fucking sweet.
The Crystlers and Lexuses are shit, just like the Buicks/Cadillacs of the base game, you will wonder why they even have them.
The Edonis is OK, but no better than the Pagani, and you need the Pagani for at least two races.
The new McLarens are nice but not needed.
The Mercedes GTR is pretty cool, but not the best of the A's, and too expensive for what you get. Great way to complete your Mercedes collection though, and its a fuckload better than the Mercedes McLaren.
The Cadillac Cien is fucking Awesome! But no tuning allowed. Its pretty much the same performance as the ME-412 with a different style.
The RUF's are mediocre.
The Saturn Curve is the best of the Saturns, but the hell does that mean?
The Nissan Skyline is much more powerful in real life than in the game, but it will probably be one of your favorites in the E class.
Also, some of the classics are nice to own for a collection, but totally lame from a gameplay standpoint. The best of the G's is still the Daytona.
