IT.
I honestly don't know how to explain what I do. My next resume update is going to put me in a pickle.
I am a project manager, program analyst, business analyst, script writer, db admin (okay that one's a stretch), technician, software support, supervisor and coordinator.
Yet, I don't feel that important or that knowledgeable.

I call that "Monkey that pushes the buttons." That is what I use to describe myself.

I man the deadman switch. If I don't hit ATOT every 10 min, the place goes up in smokes.

The back of my computer is facing the open door to my office , as people walk by and look in they see me busy at my desk . When an employee approaches,I close the AT screen and bring up a speadsheet on productivity , so the employee will get the hint and get back to work, then I reopen the AT screen and neff on . Has work well for years .

I'm an intern in the IT dept of the college I go to. Pretty much every post on AT is from work, dial up at home isn't worth the effort 😛

I work at a noc.

I spend the vast majority of my day surfing AT / WoW forums and waiting fro servers to crash.

we're in a brand new facility, so no servers in here are more than 4 months old... needless to say, not much crashes.

Not a MS shop I take it... 😀
