=sigh= that's one reason I wish the RIAA scum would accept reality and work with p2p and online services to promote music.

I don't use p2p because I'm pitifully law-abiding but I'd love to download and try (before buying) a few score jazz CDs to find out who I like. Right now my jazz collection is pretty weak, but I've liked and bought several of the CDs that friends have loaned me.

I usually just use kazaa for trying beore buying.
 
Not music - but rather the sound of a giant fan on the WPI quad that is being used to allow students to experience terminal velocity without skydiving. This is out my window - and I'm 1/2 a mile away 🙂
