I'm having a pan seared tuna steak (caught the tuna yesterday), steamed asparagus, saffron rice, and a bowl of crawfish-corn bisque. 🙂 mmmmmmmmmm.....

No way, PB&J is the dinner of champions! That's what I had last night...making up for it tonight! 🙂
 
Werk, that sounds gooooooood!!!!!

I roasted a chicken with lemon, garlic and herbs... cooked some rice... and put together a salad. That's kind of the norm around here.
