I got v-day on the 14th, anniversary on the 18th and her birthday on the 28th. Plus, our marriage has been pretty rocky so I'm gonna get materialistic, even though she hasn't earned it, and see if that has an impact.
I'm planning dinner at a nice italian resturant and then i'll offer to go to a nice ice cream shop for desert. Finally we'll come back to my house and watch a chick flick with the lights dimmed and some snuggling
Oh yeah, and I'm planning on giving her a small valetine's teddy bear with a single red rose.
My older sister is like my personal v-day consultant, and so far she's doing a pretty good job
I am taking my wife to NYC for the weekend. We fly down Sat. morning, go to Tavern on the Green for dinner, catch a Broadway show on Sun., then fly back Monday morning.
Bake her a 9" "fruit tart" (no, seriously ) and some cookies spelling out her name in this box that opens up after you try to pull out the last letter-cookie... I think I'm going to put some flowers in strategic positions too.
Then after that I haven't decided, but that evening I'll be going to watch her hockey game.
