What are you going to buy with your tax refund?

i was thinking of picking up a DVD burner. wifey mcgee might have a little something to say about that spendage though. time will tell.

What is this 'refund' you speak of? I deliberately underpaid my taxes (just above the point where I would get a penalty for paying any lower) and put the extra $$ I got out of each paycheck into my ING account. 2.35% interest is better than 0. If I were more clever I would have invested in something with a higher return.

i'm getting about $900 back, but unsure until i get my 2nd W2. i'm going to use it to pay off a 0% teaser rate that is about to expire on a credit card balance.

like every one else who doesn't care about the interest free loan to the government, even if that was in ING to being with, it's only $20 a year in interest. not much of a loss.

Paying off a credit card and ordering some new computer hardware. 🙂

2 300GB Seagate hdds
1 Plextor 716A DVD+/-RW drive
1 ATI HDTV Wonder

No refund for me, since I probably owe more than I paid in. That's cool with me, though... I'd rather that extra money be in the my bank earning interest for a year than in the government's.
