I was just joking around. Lighten up.

BTW

Your parents don't need your caring. You do that for yourself.

And unlike you, my parents are still alive and I buy them more than flowers.

Try using the wink ;)

This signifies that you are joking n00b.

I have no idea. My parents aren't really big on gifts, I got them gift cards (Starbucks and Costco) last year, I might do something similar this year.

For my mom it is a giftcard to a day spa. For my dad, it is a giftcard to one of the best Italian restaurants in the Houston area.

Do you mind if I ask you how much each were? I am looking into giving my parents a giftcard but don't want to look too cheap.

Bought my mom and her boyfriend a dvd player and their favorite movies. Bought my dad a couple of bald eagle collectables to add to his enormous collection and I don't know what my dads girlfriend got cause the wife bought hers.

(i gave my dad a p4-2.4 512mb rd ram abit mobo sblive ati all-in-one radeon 80gb hdd dvd lan winxp pro when it first came out)

this year i am sending him updated drivers, reloading win xp pro over the phone tech support, teaching him how to record to the new cdrw i got him, talked him through the install, and am working on creating how to's for installing software with pictures, files all step by step.
he lives 2400 miles away, and very few computer shops in his area, most offer p-2 systems lol
he has a bad habit of deleting unused directories in his system lol even though they are actually very necessary.

mom got new flowers and a grass trim.(paid friend Sister got the same as they are side by side)

brother gets a phone call telling him i love him-too bad i can't get him off his addiction, the stealing.lying,bs has to end.he just can't see the damage or has become numb to it.

got the wife a new tv and progressive scan dvd.

daughters got a new tv,animal crossing game cube, rollerblades, clothes, music cd's,as well as books games etc...

Nothing. I can't afford to get my fiance anything so my parents are getting the same thing.
