TBH at this point im more impressed at the speed at which the press dudes take photos and then get them on the web then anything apple has said so far

Well, when there are two or three reporters per tech blog, that happens. One guy does nothing but take photos, import them to computer, and upload as fast as humanly possible.
I think realistically, texts are about 20 seconds late, and pictures are about a minute late.
