Moved on to mead. First is an Arizona wild flower with raspberry. A total of 20 pounds of honey and 30 pounds of raspberry made up a 6 gallon batch. Its not my best work but it better then the commercial stuff out there. And at 18% after a 16 OZ pour, who gives a fuck!
