I think I have a slight preference for the Klapøjster, but I'd have to try them side by side. I've made it a jul tradition to get a bottle every year. I have about one glass left of this year's bottle.
 
I've been doing lazy man OF's for the past week as a nightcap...

- Slow & Low : Rock & Rye
- Simple syrup
- Bitters

been so lazy I don't even measure anything and just eyeball it now. even too lazy to get some orange peel.
 
It's craft beer week this week in Lexington. Heading to blue stallion and getting some of this...

1.) Gännuhn – Doppelbock aged in bourbon barrels for a year, 11.5% ABV
2.) Müther Bräin – Old Ale aged in PVW bourbon barrels for a year, 10.5% ABV
3.) Tysün – Märzen-style lager aged in bourbon barrels, 8.0% ABV
4.) Bäuwzer – Belgian Golden Strong Ale aged in bourbon barrels, 10.2% ABV

They all sound dericious.
 
Tonight i'm having a couple of Raftmans...it's pretty low on alcool but taste nice. I have to freaking get up early tomorrow...damn I hate getting up early ...
