Picked up some Steam Whistle, thought I would give it a shot. I usually just vape, but thought I'd drink tonight. Beer is too expensive. over $24 for this 12 pack.

Beers made by my second cousin's husband.

They taste pretty good, but are almost liquor in alcohol content; almost like an in-between drink between beer and scotch.

My great aunt can't drink them, and putting them down the drain is an abomination, so I bite the bullet and consume them... 4 so far and I'm quite happy.

Wine, what else?

it's a red wine blend (mostly cab). wasnt sure what to expect but its actually pretty gfood.
I've found just one thing that makes me forget. Red red wine stay close to me.
What's the name? I'm always on the lookout for a decently priced red.

Left Hand Milk Stout. I love milk stouts and this is a good one. Picked up a six-pack at Total Wine. 🙂

Leftover cognac from fiancee making sangria.

I'm not a big fan on cognac... it's too god damn sweet.

That being said, I got a good buzz going on.

Currently polishing off the last of the Left Hand Milk Stout. I have a Verdejo from Rueda (white whine, for those who don't know) in the fridge chilling for dinner (making carbonara).

I'm ready for a martini. What say we start a rice cooker thread and kick back later?:ninja:

Got married last week and planned out the booze assuming people would drink a lot more than they did... So, for the foreseeable future, I'm drinking some combination of Beefeater gin, Elijah Craig bourbon, Black Butte Porter, Widmer Hefeweizen, Twilight Summer Ale, Widmer Citra Blonde Ale, Yellowtail Shiraz, Blue Moon Riesling, Fetzer Chardonnay and Cook's Brut California Champagne. And, naturally, we had to bring back some duty-free rum and rum cream from our honeymoon as well. Seriously, we have enough booze in our house to coast through summer with a permanent buzz. Not that I'm complaining... But I'm going to be pretty fucking sick of cheap wine in a few weeks, I can guarantee that.

Thwaites Lancaster Bomber. Easy drinking for a darker ale. Hope it does't get discontinued. The can is certainly going up on my shelf of interesting things.
