Knob Creek with a splash of water. I had some Pikesville rye at my mother's house yesterday, and it got me in the mood for American whiskey. I poured the glass a little full, and am buzzing pretty good. I can't drink a lot of bourbon, so I'm thinking about getting some Famous Grouse next. I guess it depends on what my eyes fall on at the whisky cabinet :^)

Le sigh... My bottle of Famous Grouse was too empty, and too old. The alcohol evaporated. It tastes ok I guess, but very watered down. Kind of ruined my mood :^(

Sierra Nevada Southern Hemisphere Harvest...pretty damn great. And it bought it freshly "bottled" off of a tap in a package store here in Alabama. Weird rules they have here.
