Not a fan of brandy neat (too sweet and 'festive' aftertaste). I'm a scotch man and I'm all out of scotch.

Try nigorizake. Less dry, sweeter. It's unfiltered so it looks like, uh, chunky semen. If you can get past that, it's the best beginner's sake.

As for me, I got myself a bottle of Rickard's Red.
