What are you dressing up as this Halloween?

Three years after not dressing up for Halloween, I'm going to roll in a costume this year. In 2008, I bought an abaya and a headscarf from Dubai and did my best impression of a Muslim female (I am male, by the way). I think I pulled it off pretty well (because I am a pretty skinny person and my face has some effeminate features).

This year, I am thinking about doing my best impression of a soldier in the Wehrmacht. I've already bought my field grey M36 tunic and M43 trousers, now all I need is an additional belt, a Prussian buckle, and a pair of jackboots (forgoing the helmet, since it's an expensive item I would probably only wear once or twice anyways).

Wrapping myself up in tinfoil and going as a Baked Potatoe

you sound fat.

im going as jesus, and will wear a sandwich board that says "stop mixing politics and religion, and start mixing me a drink" on the front, and....i forgot what i was going to put on the back but it may or may not be clever, offensive, funny or an oddball bible verse

Myself and my friends from work are going as The Avengers but in their golden years. Going to be all fat and what not. I am going as Captain America. I will be putting my shield on a walker and I am trying to find a comb over style wig to wear with it.

Went as a Chilean miner last year, and Gordon Freeman the year before. Gordon was a lot of fun but making the suit took a while. This year I may be working overseas and miss the shenanigans.

Either:
1. Doctor Who (Tom Baker)
2. Star Wars Imperial Officer
3. Clint Eastwood's nameless character in the dollars trilogy

Wilma Flinstone on one night, and the second night I'm debating between Jessica Rabbit, a fairy, or some Marie Antoinette type thing.

Last year went as the toon squad from Space jam with about 6 other people. That was fun.

This year I'm not sure, sounds like I may be pairing up with a couple girls for some sort of theme.

Halloween night, probably the same as in the past few years...I'll be dressing like a restaurant customer...and MAYBE even as a Lowe's/Home Depot shopper...or Gawd help me...WallyWorld shopper.
We usually go out for dinner, maybe do some shopping.

There are so damned many kids bused in here from the poorer neighborhoods that we've given up trying to hand out candy. I mean "bused in" as church busses and vans pull up down the block and un-load kids by the dozens.
Maybe half of them don't speak enough English to even say, "Trick or Treat."
Fuck that. I never minded handing out candy to the neighborhood kids...that's just part of living in a neighborhood....but I'm not gonna hand out candy to the kids from the barrio...nor will I hand out candy to high school kids. "Too old. GTFO."
