Actually, I'm cooking. Making a BIG pot of spaghetti sauce. Except Italians call it "gravy" b/c it's thick.
I have in it:
22 meatballs (ground beef/eggs/bread crumbs/salt/pepper/basil mixed up, make meatballs)
5 links Italian sausage
2 pounds Chuck Roast Beef (cut into pieces)
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (diced)
1 14oz can mushrooms
6 big cloves of garlic
1 Gallon tomato sauce (Contadina brand)
Brown the meat first in olive oil/onions. Add everything else. Simmer for four hours. Eat like a Roman God for the next two weeks.
