What are you cooking for New Year's Day?

I will be making Lamb Stew in my crock pot.

I bought 3 lbs of stewing lamb.

I will be adding some carrots, peas, green beans, onions, garlic, potatoes and mushrooms. I am still working on the spices.

I will be serving the stew with plenty of garlic bread toast.

I can hardly wait for tomorrow.

what about the rest of you?
