What are you a nazi about in real life?

I found myself tsk, tsking a coworker about consistently coming in a half hour late, even though I'm not her supervisor. I also have the strong urge to correct people who misspell things in company emails - but almost never do.

What puts you on edge, and do you do anything about it?
