I cant explain, but sometimes, usually at work or sometimes when im in a tough situation(car broken down,etc.) I start moving really quickly, heart beats fast, like some survival mode turns on inside of me. I always thought i hid it pretty well until 2 random people in the same day said "are you ok?" it really has me concerened because i dont wanna portray myself life this.
