What are those nipples for in my girlfriends bra?

My girlfriend just bought a bra for her car, and there are these two bumps that come up from the hood. Does anyone know why they are there?

Those, I believe are for the nipples. I think it's too keep the actual ones from being scene...don't quote me on that as I'm not a bra expert. (Except for removing them. )

Ok, i was told this by a dealer so take this with a grain of salt...

The two bumps are used to distupt the flow of air over the hood, causing bugs to fly up above the winshield instead of hitting it. Sounds like a good reason to me, just dont know if its true

PS. Whats the last thing that goes through a bugs head before it hits your windshield??
