What are these TCP/UDP services running on my Win2K System?

(I am new to Win2K)

I have a program (TCPView Pro) that monitors all my internet activity and connections... With clean install of Windows 2000, TCPView shows I have several files connected or monitoring my TCP and UDP ports.

Here are the connections it shows:

Lexpps.exe TCP (it's my printer)
Lsass.exe UDP (isakmp?)
Mstask TCP
Services.exe UDP (services & controller app?)
svchost.exe TCP
svchost.exe UDP
System TCP
System UDP

Keep in mind, it's a new install and the installation is default. This PC is not connected to a LAN (at the moment). But has a NIC for the modem.

Can this be a security issue in Win2K? (on the internet)
Are those services needed and/or can they be eliminated?

Forgot to mention, svchost.exe alone uses up about 6,000K of memory. If this is something I can live without, all the better...
