What are these extra Power Supply connectors for?

It seems I have a couple connectors left over coming out of the power supply that I don't know what to do with.

One is a 3-pin connector (which only has two wires, blue and black), that looks like a fan header cable.

The other is very small, flat connector with about 16 connections on it.

Neither of these are mentioned in Antec's manual on the case.

Help!

There's a header on the MB called "PWRFAN Connector"....do you think that's it? (wish the documentation was better)

thats it. 🙂

EDIT: Does the long flat one have a slight 'L' shape to it at one end? If so That is a Sata power connector.
