What are the system specs for the test rig Anandtech uses for GPU reviews?

I'm trying to find accurate info on the power draw of the 780Ti. Anandtech's review only gives total system power consumption, so I would like to know the specs of the their test rig in order to get a good estimation of how much power the card is pulling.
