What are the most aggressive timing settings I get at 150MHz with XMS memory?

I've got a Asus p4b motherboard and a stick of 3200C2 XMS memory and currently I'm running it at 3:4 memory ratio. What timing settings should I be able to get this memory to?

FWIW, my Corsair PC3200C2 runs stable at 189 MHz all timings set to most agressive on my Epox 8K3A :) . My FSB craps out if I go any higher than that so I can't really tell you where it tops out

I'm getting about 185 Mhz or so out of mine at 2-2-2 timings. If you back off the timings to 2-3-3 (I *think* that's right) you can pretty much clock it up until something else in your system fails.

Rest assured - that memory is the shiznot. It will NOT be the item to hold back your overclocking.
