I am running the cat 3.2's and have no problems outside of the known HL/CS crash when using the ESC key but I am able to circumvent that with the ~ key or alternative methods. I hear the 3.4's give you performance boost on 3DMark 03 but loose on 3D 2001. So far all of my games work just fine BF1942, MOHAA, Spearhead, Ravenshield, Doom alpha, RTCW, and Half- Life.

if you are happy with the way the system is running right now, then i would suggest to leave it as is... there's no point in fixing someone that isn't broken..

personally, i have the 8500dv and i upgraded to these new driviers... i found that they messed up my tv feature.. so i had to do a format and install the older drivers back on... everything else worked perfectly except for the tv feature..

Cat 3.2s have texture problems in BF1942 and so does the 3.4s even. Did you not notice them 1man?

haven't noticed any real difference yet coz i haven't played many games. but one thing strange is now when i right click on my desktop, it takes at least 10 sec for the desktop sensitive menu to come up, while with 3.2 driver it took a second or 2. wonder if anyone experience the same thing. that menu should come up instantaneously. btw i have the 9500Pro.

I noticed some slight texture problems with BF1942 but not significant enough to warrant a change. I have been playing BF1942, Spearhead, and Ravenshield.

I was just debating if it was worth the risk of upgrading for a slight performance boost and risk losing the stability I now enjoy.

Well, in that case I think you could not go wrong with 3.2 or 3.4. I thnk 3.4 improved my performance in a couple of games. (Generals, Galaxies, EQ) ...not much though.
