What are the differences between these eVGA 7800GT's?

Get the one with the higher factory clockspeeds (256-P2-N516). It has a higher clockspeed as well as a copper GTX style heatsink with a bigger (quieter) fan..

Of course, you can overclock any 7800GT with coolbits, but any speed increase you get from the factory is covered under warrantee, while the speed bump you might get with coolbits is not.

Some of the more expensive ones come with COD2 included, otherwise the clock-speed is the only difference aside from the HS/fan.

I was under the impression eVGA's warranty covered any overclocking and replacement HSF's.
