For a different kind of game, try Full Spectrum Warrior. But since it's not like ghost recon or rainbow six, you should either watch the trailer or rent it to see if it's your kind of game.

Chronicles of Riddick:Escape from Butcher Bay is a great game, but kind of short. Even if you don't like Vin Diesel its still a great but short game. Not alot of replayability, but a very fun rental.

The new EA baseball game is awesome. Too bad I can't remember if it's MLB 2005 or called something else.

Cool, thanks for all the suggestions everyone.

And since we're on the subject, where can I get a cheap 2nd controller?

MVP 2005. Really great game, has a few fairly big bugs for hardcore simmers, but it's still the most fun to play out of all of them. I woulda bought it over the rest if I had time for a baseball game.

The one based off the Marine Corps trainer is supposed to be a lot better. I enjoyed FSW but it got kind of mundane and didn't offer that much of a challenge IMO. I forgot the damn name of the Marine one but you'll actually be able to play it as a FPS or command the squad in the same way as FSW. I liked the basis and style of FSW, but I sorely missed being able to jack up guys with my M16.

Has anyone played the military version of FSW? I read that it was hidden in the game, but I haven't actually looked at it yet. Reviews said it was not as good, but interesting.

I got Spiderman 2 for PC, its like a 2 hour game :\

i heard there's a ton of difference between the xbox and the PC version.

The PC Spiderman 2 is a completely different game with a cheaper price tag. I was totally confused until I did some investigating. The conclusion: Console Spiderman 2 is awesome, PC Spiderman 2 is a pile of dung.

I still think the console version gets boring after a couple of hours. Exactly how many armored cars get jacked each day? How many folks are falling off buildings? How many cop shoot outs are there?

The layout and presentation is great. I loved it for awhile. Then, it just got to be the same thing over and over. And the game is fairly easy and mindless.

I'd suggest renting it and playing it for a few hours before deciding to buy.

The game you're thinking of is Close Combat : First to Fight, I'm hoping it turns out good.

Did you play FSW in authentic and army mode too?
