What are the best starting hands for Omaho PLO High? (filter at work blocks gambling)

I was dabbing into some PLO on full tilt yesterday (micro stakes) for shits and giggles, and i know the starting hands lineup is different then holdem.

Can anyone show me/ paste me the best starting hands for omaha plo, ive got anotehr 5 horus of work and im dying to see what are the best hands hahah. my work filter blocks all websites that have gambling category.

i don't play omaha too often but the rule is you have to use 2 cards from your hand and three community. So with the extra card in your hand you'd be down an extra out. With all 4 in your hand you'd be limited to a boat on the board. i could be wrong though.
