What are the best m-ATX Nforce2 motherboards?

I am looking for stability, relability, and compatability with a broad range of hardware and software over ultimate overclocking ability.

I currently have an AMD Athlon XP 2500+ "barton" at 3200+, but would like this mobo to also support an AMD Athlon XP mobile 2200+ or 2400+ (35W version).
