What are the best drivers to use for my motherboard?

I've been benchmarking and trying to tweak my system for the past few days. I updated to the latest 4-in-1's, but now I've been reading that for my motherboard (A7M266) I need something additional (someone mentioned an AMD-specific AGP driver. I've looked at Asus's website (always a treat in itself) and I found the following downloads available for the A7M266 (I am not including those not applicable, like onboard sound):

v1.40G AMD Bus Master IDE Driver v1.40G for Win NT40/2000/XP
1007 A7M266 BIOS 1007 4/30/02
1006 A7M266 BIOS 1006
1005 A7M266 (145523 bytes)
v1.20C AMD IRQ Driver V1.20C
AMD761/762 miniport driver

I am at work, and I don't recall what BIOS I'm at. I have been hesitant to update any Asus BIOS's after a very bad experience with an A7V. Anyway, of the drivers above, which should I install? I have already installed the latest 4-in-1's, is that going to hurt anything? And am I looking in the wrong place for this AMD-motherboard-specific AGP driver? Another thread here said not to install the VIA AGP driver, but I don't see one listed here. Thanks in advance for any help, I've been out of the loop with upgrades for awhile, so excuse the ignorance!

Just install the AMD AGP 5.33 driver (for 2k/XP only)since you`ve an AMD 761 chipset(northbridge),the southbridge is VIA?s VT82C686B South Bridge so you`ve hybrid type board.

VIA 4 in 1 driver wise,it would be ok to install them (except for the VIA AGP driver),but since you`ve done it already just install the AMD AGP 5.33 driver.
