Another vote for Office Space.
Also, The Big Lebowski, Clerks, Best In Show.

And I can't make it through the 'Ezekiel' scene in Pulp Fiction without cracking up.

Just glancing over my DVD collection and these are some of the ones that stick out:

-Both or either American Pie films
-I think Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is not only a great movie, but absolutely hysterical
-Friday
-I think O Brother, Where Art Thou? is funny, too
-Road Trip

The Rat Race is one of the funniest movies I've seen in recent times.. I also like "Father of the Bride" and the sequel.

I agree with many (dare I say most) of the movies already suggested... a couple more:

HALF BAKED!!!!
Naked Gun
The Out-Of-Towners (the original, with Jack Lemmon and Sandy Dennis)
Mallrats
Clerks
Dogma
Chasing Amy

l2c

Edit:

South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut
Austin Powers (both of 'em)
Two words: DEUCE BIGALOW :D
