What are some sites to download full PC games for a fee?

no other services really exist cause publishers control most of the revenues(EA ) and dont want to lose control of it.

steam was started by valve so they can get more money.

I know that theres 2-3 other decent sized ones. I saw it while reading a magazine at the bookstore last month. I dunno why I remembered Direct2drive, but I did.

I was just curious.

Because it's really the only decent one. The other ones, like Atari's service, only cover small games from a single publisher or two. On a related note, if you're interested in a NetFlix-like system for games, there's always GameFly.

Yeah, I used Gamefly before, great service. Not really into console games though at the moment. Perhaps when 360 comes out.
