What are some punkish-pop/alternative bands? I like the new sum 41 cd and im told its like punkish pop...what are some other bands like that?

i just saw the lead singer of Sum 41 here at UC Davis. He was talkin on his phone outside the hall they were performing at, and he had some ugly groupies waiting for him to get off.

Oh yeah, can't go wrong with New Found Glory, The Ataris, Girlband, MxPx, Reggie and the Full Effect.

Goldfinger, Greenday (obvious), Bouling for soup, Reel Big Fish, MXPX, Nofx, New found Glory, Good Charlotte, and cant leave out weezer.

More emo: Saves the day, Taking back sunday, The starting line, Something corporate.

Question, would anyone be willing to host some Audio Karate and Mest songs for just a few minutes, so I can d/l them (preferably a fairly complete collection)... I'm on an internal file sharing network at school, can't find this stuff through the filter (on anything external).

i love something corporate. =) they opened for New Found Glory in SF not too long ago. i missed half of their set because the stupid line going in was so slow

wow ataris getting a few mentions in here...ataris kick butt, i just saw them last month at irving plaza sugarcult, rufio and autopilot off opened for them

anyways, i have a pretty decent sized collection of audio karate stuff...i bought their cd not too long ago so i deleted all the mp3s off my drive....but i can share other pop punk stuff i suppose....pm me if interested

The new Sum 41 CD reminded me of like, Offspring circa "Smash". Millencolin would also something to check out. Mest is definitely good, and so is Lit.
