Man, now that I'm older, the more memory I have... too much to remember. To the point, some of them you're not sure if it happened or you're imagining it.

- Zion National Park / Bryce Canyon / Grand Canyon with my wife when we were childless.... oh we were so free back then. The sunsets were stunning.

- My small church group and I drove up to Loon Mountain resorts in NH. It was a beautiful late summer and the air had an amazing soft fragrance. It felt like the freshest air I've ever breathed. We put all the windows down and just enjoyed local ride off the interstate. I remember that drive... the leaves.... the conversations.... etc.

- I went on a missions trip (outreach) with my church youth group to Hopi people in AZ reservations. We spent 10 nights doing volunteer work and hosting vacation bible study to local Hopi folks. We developed some strong bond with the kids. I remember we were walking them home to their trailers. It was night after the banquet service. I looked up and I just saw the SHOWERS of stars stretching across all horizons with amazing vantage point. We were all stunned just seeing shooting stars every 5 seconds. I'll never forget. 10 years later I drove to AZ, and went stargazing. It was gorgeous but too facking cold to enjoy.

Had a lot over the years so it's hard to narrow it down to just a few but if I had to.

-when I was nine the day before Easter I smoothed out a 2'x3' area in our sandbox so I could see if the Easter bunny would make tracks through the sand. I woke up the next day and there were bunny tracks through the sand.

-my second car was an '89 Firebird Formula with a 305 and a ton of mods I did. She wasn't the fastest but I really had a lot of fun cruising in that car.

-when my first son was born. My wife and were not married at the time but seeing the life we created breath for the first time was some thing I will never forget.

-my wedding day and the honey moon that followed

-my wife and I buying our first house and then walking into the bank 12 years later and paying off the mortgage. What a great memory!

-when my brother and I formed Washington Greenhouse LLC with s-corp status. We researched our asses off and went back and forth about the best way to structure the business.

-the first time I made over six figures. For years we survived on peanuts raising two children on under 45K a year was tough but we don't have to worry about that anymore.

My roommate took me out for my birthday when I was 19 or 20 & generously ordered a medium-rare filet mignon for me, after seeing me skip out on every steak opportunity prior to that. You have to understand, my family made steak well-done & used stuff like London broil, and I did not care for shoe leather, therefore my assumption was that I simply didn't care for steak; I never saw what all the fuss was about.

I discovered what all the fuss was about at that meal.

I've lived in & been to a pretty good chunk of the states in America. New England just feels like home.

Camping at this campground as a kid, where lot of family on my mom's side used to camp at. We practically owned the place. Started camping there as a little kid, my grandparents would bring me. Camped there pretty much all my childhood and even my teens. Eventually we got kicked out due to this stupid 21 day max camping rule which they started to enforce so an uncle bought a cottage and everyone moved their campers there. Then slowly people didn't really go anymore. Now nobody goes. I did go up a few times as an adult, but it just does not feel the same. All the best memories are really in my childhood. My favourite was feeding the squirrels and chipmunks. They were practically like pets.

Another thing that I have fond memories of is all the municipal parks I hanged out at as a kid. This one in particular that my mom always brought me to as a kid (like toddler), it had this super tall slide and a big swing set and other stuff. Pretty much always went to that one even when I was older. Was a great hang out place with friends. It's sad to pass by there now and all the stuff is gone. Some of those properties even got sold off and are no longer parks. I oddly get dreams about those places some times, it's weird. I kinda wish I had pictures of them just for nostalgia sake, but the only memories I have is in my head. Not like smartphones or carrying a camera was a thing back in those days.

I have pretty fond memories of high school too. As far as school is concerned it was my favourite time. Went to a smaller public school and we were a rather tight knit group.

Going on vacation to Expo 67 in Montreal when I was 8 years old.
I tried so hard to get my parents to move there so we could live in the future.

I can pretty much remember all of my vacations I've taken pretty vividly. It helps that I have a lot of pictures from them and can "walk my trip back" whenever I want to though.

I'll also never forget the day my son was born and can remember that like it happened yesterday. It's almost 3 years ago at this point. I can remember his first time walking too, which oddly enough, was on a vacation while we were on a boat lol. I think the boat being wobbly actually helped him.

I don't know if I'd call this a "fond" memory, but on my 4th birthday (I'm 36 now) I was hit by a far and medi-vacced in a helicopter to Children's Hospital in DC and I have this memory of lying on my back in the helicopter that I can still remember. I actually have a bunch of little "clips" like that from my childhood and over the years that I can remember.

And unfortunately I still remember the day my dad died, as well as the following 2-3 days, like it happened yesterday. And that was back in August of 2009.

Mine are sex related so I won't bore you with that crap. One was with a nurse in a hospital believe it or not.

I've been all over the U.S. to Vegas, Yellowstone, Utah, Arizona, you name it. Been to Disneyland twice while living in California, Universal Studios and Knots Berry Farm a handful of times. Those were good times. Well, when your young anyway.

I think perhaps the best moment was in Chicago at a bar with my cousin and his wife. We had spaghetti and I drank like 6 tall rum & cokes. I was so wasted but it felt so good. I'm a happy drunk and I slept like a baby. The next day we went out on Lake Michigan near the Wisconsin border. Actually had to get a Wisconsin and Illinois fishing licensee.

Oh! Deep sea fishing with my great uncle was nice. It was off the coast of California. We took off from Newport Beach.

Being a little kid in general. I was also closer to history. Been thinking about that lately. I used to see a lot of stuff that's disappeared now. Old hotels, shabby, but well made structures, old advertising, sight towers for Uboats... That stuff was all obsolete when I was a kid, but not all that old. It's all going away, and the replacements generally aren't as interesting :^/

Ending Credits
Ghost of Perdition

Saw them at Gigantour 12 years ago with my bro in MA.

I love them, But Mikael has terrible social / stage presence when not performing. He's awkward.

He got on the mic and started asking the audience,

"You guys ready for some cock? Cock metal?"

In his mind he was trying to be edgy and trying to pump the crowd.

I also discovered Arch Enemy there. Man they were how to rock our socks off.

Yeah, being a kid was nice. I loved my cartoons. I always watched Woody Woodpecker in the mornings right before school in the 2nd grade and it took my mom all her might to get my ass from the TV and go to school. God did I hate school. Favorite time was recess and lunch. My 4th grade teacher who then became my 5th grade teacher had what was called "Freaky Friday." So that was cool on Fridays. We got to watch a movie and eat crap. Fridays were always the best. Then waking up on Saturday morning knowing you don't have to go to school and you can play Nintendo and watch cartoons. Good times.

I wouldn't mind so much being a kid again, but oh are you so limited at what you can do and having adults tell you what to do. That part can kiss my ass. "Go wash your hands for dinner!" "Clean up your room!"

For a specific memory, I loved getting up before everyone else and watching Saturday morning cartoons. I specifically remember the way the dust would sparkle in the sun coming through the window, and the neighborhood was quiet. The smell of Buckwheats or Cocoa Pebbles in the bowl. Coffee going when my parents woke up...

Mostly just being a kid with an imagination.

Oh yeah for sure. I used to do all sorts of stuff as a kid. I was kind of into electricity, and k'nex. Sometimes combined the two. I tripped breakers a lot... "I wonder if this can take 120 volts" was a question I often asked myself as a kid. The answer was often no.

Used to build all sorts of random mechanical contraptions too. Made a wind powered crane and winch once. Was using it to lift my dad's weights to see how much it can handle. :p Being a kid it's not like I could just buy stuff so I'd use stuff from the recycling bin to build stuff. Pizza boxes made for great wind turbine blades. I'd just use a fan to make it spin.

Funny enough I had to help one of my nephews with a science project so I recreated one of my childhood creations and explained to him how it all worked like how a small gear turning a large gear makes it have more torque etc.

Overall was rather creative in coming up with fun stuff to build and use the resources I had. Now days I still kind of have that spark of wanting to build stuff but don't have the same drive I had as a kid.

Cartoons are another one I have fond memories of. It's fun to search for them on Youtube sometimes, so nostalgic.

Yeah, I woke up one morning and I liked how the sun came through the front window so I decided to draw it. I was in art class at the time and had a drawing pad.

Does Canada have Nickelodeon?

My little Bros. favs were The Little Bits and David the gnome. They don't make 'em like they used to. That's for sure.

Father/daughter trip to Vegas, Zion, Bryce, Escalante, Kodachrome, Grand Canyon, Saguaro NP, Painted Rocks with a finish on the beach.

Partying our lives away in Havasu and conquering that 70ft leap in Copper Canyon

Shooting Expert on the outdoor 300M range with pop-up targets

I do recall some Nickelodeon cartoons, don't recall those particular ones though. some of the most memorable for me would be Bugs Bunny/Loonie Tunes and those variants, Animaniacs. etc. I guess basically the WB ones. Oh and Rugrats, Dexter's Lab, The Smoggies... come to mind right now. Don't recall who did those.
