What are some of your 7900GT scores?

I'm curious if the scores I got are in-line with what others have gotten with it.
I got an 8823 on my system using the trial version of 3DMark05. I only slightly
tweaked the video card and could go higher, but I like the temp staying where it
was at 41C after playing BF2.

AMD64 3800+ o.c.'d to 2.4
BFG 7900GT OC o.c.'d to 510/720
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
Antec Trupower 550w
2gb pc3200

Thats means with a dual core processor at around 2.7ghz (my Opteron) I should be able to hit 10k with a single OC'd one? I wonder what score my SLI set up will manage.

not trying to start an epenis waving contest but could you post the orb link so I can compare mine as I got 8880 with a x1800xl and similar cpu.

I thought the 7900's were going to be faster😕

I think they are, in actual games... 😀

Seriously though, the two are pretty even overall but the 7900GT a bit cheaper.

I don't use ORB crap though sorry.

3DMark05 isn't very representative of real-world gaming experience . . . 😉

I realise that 3dmark isnt that repesentative but thats all I had to go on.

Edit: and the 1800xl's are cheaper than the 7900gt's, at least in the uk
