What are some of the most demanding games right now GPU wise?

So I recently got a great deal on a 2nd GTX 1080. Together with the one I already have, I will have a beast of an SLi setup. I know SLi is not supported everywhere, and it can be glitchy, but I just want to have some fun with this dual GTX 1080 setup, and see how it wipes the floor with a single 1080Ti, before I sell one of them at a profit.

Tell me what I can throw at these beasts to challenge them at 1440p. ; )

Shouldn't you be able to push ~70-90 FPS+ @1440p with near-max settings with just about any AAA game on a single 1080?

nooo.. not that much... I'm in 40s to 60s in the newest games. Something older will do 90fps off course.

Just test all your games at 4K or more. There's no console ports that can bring two cards like that to their knees, unless you just brute force the demand on power by simply increasing the screen resolution past the industry standard. That, or find some mods with ultra high resolutions for specific modern games that can ask for tons of GPU memory, and so on.
