paul oakenfold global underground: new york is a classic.

amon tobin- pretty much all good though there is one of his albums that i don't much care for.

but it really depends on what "kind" of techno.
trance, electro, house, deep house, jungle, drum and bass, garage, goa-trance, ambient...999...=1
