What are some good n4 ultra mobos

I need some suggestion with nforce 4 ultra mobos. I am not going to overclock but the price of the mobo and AMD 64 3000 must be under 300. Thanks

I've always heard DFI's aren't great at stock settings, and if he's not overclocking why would he need one designed for overclocking?

I have 2 running at stock. Not a single problem..

No one force's you to overclock, I prefer a quality product of any type. video card, mobo, psu, hard drive etc.
