What are some good/free games for kids?

I'm looking for some free computer games for a kid I'm getting a computer for that will run on a pretty slow computer (450 mhz). I'm trying to think of the games that I played a long time ago that were fun, but can't remember many.

Can you tell me some of those old games we use to play? 😀
